• Industry Experience: Minimum 1 – 3 years of active field sales experience in Fintech, Digital Payments, or Banking.

• Product Knowledge: Mandatory experience selling POS devices, EDC machines, or payment gateways.

• Sales Pedigree: Proven ability to sell to Mid-Market or High-End segments — shopping malls, premium retail hubs, fine-dining establishments.

• BFSI Background Welcome: Candidates from Loan Sales, Insurance Field Sales, or any direct BFSI sales role are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English and the local language.

• Technical Savvy: Ability to explain technical product features and troubleshoot basic terminal issues on-site.

• Ownership: A "hunter" mindset with the discipline to manage a daily sales funnel independently.

• Vehicle: Two-wheeler with valid driving licence (mandatory).
