About the Role: Root HR Consulting India Pvt Ltd is looking for energetic and results-driven

Field Sales Executives to join our outdoor media team.

Your core responsibility will be to onboard auto-rickshaw

drivers who are interested in collaborating with us for auto

branding and advertising campaigns.

This role involves field visits, explaining our partnership

benefits to auto drivers, and helping them complete the

on boarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned areas and interact with auto-rickshaw

drivers

• Explain the benefits of joining our advertising program

• Collect driver details, documents, and get them

registered in our system

• Achieve daily target of on boarding 20 auto drivers

• Build trust and maintain strong field relationships

• Coordinate with the operations team for branding

schedule and follow-ups

• Submit daily reports of on boarding and field visits

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales or on boarding

experience (freshers with strong field presence can

apply)

• Strong communication skills in Hindi + local language

• Basic understanding of smartphone usage (to update

on boarding info)

• Must be willing to travel locally and work in the field full time

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and trustworthy

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
