We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our medical devices division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of medical devices to healthcare professionals and institutions. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with customers, providing product information, conducting demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote our range of medical devices to healthcare professionals (HCPs) within your assigned territory and hospitals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, including doctors, dietitians, pharmacists, nurses, and biomedical engineers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate HCPs on the benefits and usage of our medical devices.
Regularly visit hospitals and clinics to provide product updates, answer queries, and address concerns.
Work closely with purchase managers and decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare facilities to secure orders and product placements.
Engage with retailers and manage relationships with distributors to ensure product availability and visibility.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing activities, achievements, and market insights.
Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions as required.
Adhere to ethical sales practices and comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
Proven experience in medical device sales or healthcare product sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital staff.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Sales & Marketing: Proficiency in sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management.
Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of medical devices and their clinical applications.

Previous experience in hospital sales, biomedical equipment, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in meeting specialties such as Physicians, Diabetologists, Intensivists, Surgeons, Dietitians, Nephrologists, Nurses, and Biomedical Engineers is preferred.
