Core Responsibilities.

• Site Visits & Tours: Coordinating and conducting on-site property walkthroughs with prospective buyers or tenants.

• Property Sourcing: Sourcing raw land parcels, residential flats, or commercial listings across different sectors of Raipur.

• Customer Management: Maintaining client-landlord task lists via platforms like WhatsApp and tracking progress between pre-possession and post-possession stages.

• Market Guidance: Advising clients on real-time market trends, local pricing, and localized property features.

Mandatory Candidate Filters:

• Must possess an active 2-wheeler driving licence and a personal vehicle for daily field travel.

• Strong communication skills.
