## Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Field Sales Team in Noida.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, meeting prospects, understanding their business requirements, presenting MBG CARD's digital solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

The BDE will work under the guidance and supervision of the Team Leader – Field Sales.

## Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and direct meetings.

- Identify and approach potential SMEs, local businesses, retailers, clinics, showrooms, and service providers.

- Meet business owners and understand their digital marketing and business-growth requirements.

- Present and explain MBG CARD's SaaS and digital solutions.

- Generate leads, conduct product presentations/demos, and follow up with prospects.

- Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.

- Coordinate with the Team Leader and internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

- Stay updated about MBG CARD products, services, and market trends.

## Requirements

- Freshers can apply.

- 0–4 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or similar roles.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients directly.

- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Candidates who are comfortable working in Noida are preferred.
