🚨 WE ARE HIRING – SOLAR SALES
Location: Rohtak, Haryana
Department: Sales | Employment: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
1. Field Sales Officer – B2C Residential Sales
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives
Responsibilities:
Generate residential solar leads through field visits and door-to-door sales.
Meet customers and explain solar products, benefits and savings.
Conduct site visits, follow-ups and convert leads into orders.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Freshers can apply; field/solar sales experience preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Basic Excel knowledge.
2. Sales Executive – B2B Industrial Sales
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives
Responsibilities:
Generate leads from industries, factories and commercial businesses.
Meet decision-makers and understand their solar requirements.
Coordinate site visits, quotations and technical discussions.
Handle follow-ups, negotiations and sales closure.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
2–5 years of B2B/Industrial Sales experience preferred.
Solar, electrical or industrial sales experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
Basic Excel knowledge.
