Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, field visits, networking, and market research.
Schedule and attend meetings with prospects to present company offerings.
Understand client needs and provide suitable IT service solutions such as web development, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed IT support.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, project, and support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in IT or technology services.
Strong knowledge of IT solutions and ability to understand technical offerings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven with a proactive approach to lead generation and client engagement.
Willingness to travel frequently for field sales visits.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer tools (MS Office, email, etc.).
Preferred Skills
Experience in selling SaaS, cloud solutions, or managed IT services.
Local market knowledge and existing client network.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
