JD For Field Sales Executive:

Seeking a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell 3M bodyshop products to automobile workshops, garages, and dealerships. Responsible for lead generation, client visits, product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit workshops/bodyshops and generate new business

Sell 3M products (abrasives, polishing, masking, etc.)

Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat sales

Achieve monthly targets

Requirements:

1–3 years of field sales experience (automotive preferred)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Two-wheeler preferred(Bike)
