🚨 URGENT HIRING – FIELD COLLECTION OFFICER (FCO)

• 6 Months – 2 Years

• Full Time

📋 Job Responsibilities:

• Assigned area में customers से overdue payments collect करना

• Pending amount और payment options समझाना

• Daily collection record maintain करना

• Collected cash/cheques company policy के अनुसार deposit करना

• Backend/CRM team के साथ coordinate करना

• Company recovery process follow करना

• Monthly collection targets achieve करना

🎓 Qualification:

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)

• Good communication skills

• Smartphone knowledge (Calls, Apps, WhatsApp)

📌 Requirements:

• Two-wheeler + Valid Driving License (Preferred)

• Honest, disciplined और target oriented

• Immediate joiner preferred

• MFI loan knowledge preferred

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• ₹13,000 NTH + ₹3,000 TA
