Field Executive – Walk-in Opportunity (Bangalore / Karnataka)
We are hiring Field Executives to work on-ground across Bangalore. This opportunity is open to candidates residing anywhere in Karnataka.
Role Overview:
This is a field-based role involving direct interaction and sales.
The primary responsibility is to generate premium subscriptions.
Compensation Structure:
This is a performance-based role (no fixed salary).
Earnings depend on targets achieved:
Subscriptions AchievedExpected Earnings30 subscriptions₹15,000 approx.60 subscriptions₹30,000 approx.100+ subscriptions₹40,000 – ₹50,000
Incentives per Sale:
₹999 subscription → ₹50 incentive
₹2,079 subscription → ₹150 incentive
Requirements:
We are looking for 4 male candidates
Must be comfortable with field work and sales
Good communication skills preferred
Location:
Based in Bangalore, with field work across the city
