Lead Generation:
Prospecting and following up on leads to expand the customer base.
Team Collaboration:
Working with sales managers, finance departments, and other dealership staff to ensure smooth transactions and meet sales goals.
Market Awareness:
Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offers, and new vehicle models.
Post-Sale Follow-Up:
Ensuring customer satisfaction and following up on any outstanding items after delivery.
