We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Field Sales Executive who can generate sales, visit market areas daily, build strong relationships with retailers/wholesalers, and expand the reach of our product Superwraps in Delhi/NCR.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Visits & Sales
Visit assigned market routes daily (kirana shops, general stores, wholesalers).
Pitch and sell Superwraps to new and existing retailers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Ensure product placement and visibility at stores.
2. Retailer Relationship Building
Build and maintain good relations with retailers and distributors.
Solve retailer issues related to pricing, delivery, and stock.
Take regular orders and ensure repeat sales.
3. Product Promotion
Educate retailers about product features, pricing, and benefits.
Introduce schemes, offers, and incentives to retailers.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily visit reports, order sheets, and collection details.
Update management with market feedback (competition, pricing, demand).
Track stock movement and ensure timely replenishment.
5. Territory Expansion
Identify new markets, potential customers, and new retailers.
Support in distributor appointment and market development activities.
Skills & Requirements
0–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales (Freshers also welcome).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with daily field work and traveling within Delhi/NCR.
Basic understanding of retail markets/Kirana stores.
Should own a smartphone; two-wheeler is an added advantage.
