Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with experience in the pest control industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, understanding pest-related requirements, explaining services, preparing quotations, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and market research.
Visit residential, commercial, industrial, hotel, restaurant, hospital, and corporate clients.
Understand client pest control requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
Promote services like termite treatment, rodent control, cockroach control, mosquito control, fly control, bed bug treatment, and AMC services.
Prepare and share quotations with clients.
Follow up with clients and convert leads into confirmed sales.
Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
Coordinate with the service team for inspection, treatment scheduling, and client feedback.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and lead updates.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of pest control services and treatment process.
Ability to handle field visits and client meetings.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented mindset.
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Local market knowledge will be preferred.
Candidate Profile
Must have experience in pest control sales or related field sales.
Should be confident in meeting clients directly.
Should be hardworking, disciplined, and result-oriented.
Two-wheeler preferred.
Salary
As per experience and company norms.
