Job Description

 Hiring: Field Sales Executive – Pest Control Services

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives

📍 Location: Kolkata

🏢 Company: MA Pest Control LLP

🧩 What You’ll Do:

  • Visit homes, offices, restaurants, factories & more 🏠🏢

  • Explain our pest control solutions (termites, cockroaches, rodents, etc.) 🐜🐀

  • Generate leads through field visits, references & calls 📞

  • Share quotations, close deals & hit monthly targets 🎯

  • Coordinate with service team for smooth customer experience 🤝

✅ Who Can Apply:

  • Min. 12th pass (Graduates preferred) 🎓

  • 0–3 years field sales experience (any industry)

  • Good communication & convincing skills 🗣️

  • Comfortable with target-based outdoor work 🚶

  • Two-wheeler & licence preferred 🛵
