We are expanding operations in Gurgaon and are looking for a Field Sales & Site Operations Executive who can manage both sales and on-ground execution.
Role Overview
This role requires a hands-on field professional who can handle sales demonstrations, site coordination, painter supervision, and client management.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of projects while also converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
Conduct on-site product demonstrations for residential and commercial clients.
Explain Heatcure technology, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Convert site visits and leads into confirmed sales.
Site Execution & Team Coordination
Supervise painters and technicians during application at client sites.
Ensure proper product application and quality control.
Coordinate site schedules, manpower, and materials.
Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.
Product & Material Management
Maintain records of product stock, usage, and site consumption.
Track material movement, dispatch, and returns.
Ensure painters are using products correctly and efficiently.
Client Handling & Problem Solving
Address client concerns or complaints on-site.
Resolve technical or execution issues quickly and professionally.
Maintain strong client satisfaction and service quality.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily records of:
Site visits
Sales conversions
Product usage
Execution progress
Share updates with management regarding sales, operations, and site status.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years preferred in field sales, construction, coatings, or site execution roles
Comfortable working in the field across Gurgaon
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle technicians and workers on-site
Basic understanding of inventory and accounts tracking
Problem-solving mindset with ownership of client issues
