Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to promote company products/services and generate sales through direct field visits. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients, generating new leads, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers and potential clients in assigned areas
Promote and sell company products/services
Generate new leads through field visits and market activities
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Collect customer feedback and market insights
Submit daily sales reports to the reporting manager
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication and convincing skills
Willingness to work in the field
Honest, hardworking, and target-oriented
Ability to travel locally for sales meetings
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in field sales or marketing
Knowledge of local market and routes
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives.
