Profile -Business Development Executive
•Experience: minimum 2-3 years in Sales•
•Salary: 3,00,000 to 3,24,000•
•CTC: 5,50,000 and above•
•Must have a bike•
Notice Period - Immediate joiner

•Job description•
• Generate & Follow up Leads from market
• Scan the territory allocated for new construction sites
• Meeting Builders, Architects, Contractors and Interiors etc. for generating orders.
• To be in contact with the customers to understand their needs & problems if any & get it resolved.
• Propagate the concept of UPVC windows and doors and ensure to inculcate Value for Money perception with the Business associates, customers.
• Ensure relationship is developed between trade associates, influencers, customers etc with the Brand.
• Establish & Follow the systems and procedures with every customer within designated territory.
• Ensure receivables are maintained within the set norms and all commercial and statutory requirements are met.
• Get information on competition activities, such as projects taken, prices, new products etc and keep the senior management informed of them.
