Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance in the interview)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team at Luminova. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, primarily factories and warehouses, and convincing them to partner with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit factories, warehouses, and other potential clients to present our products/services

• Pitch and promote the company’s offerings effectively

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Meet sales targets and generate leads

• Provide regular feedback and market insights to the team
  

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in face-to-face client interaction

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Prior experience in field sales is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
