Field Sales Executive

We are a confectionery company with presence across different verticals like candy toys and promotional toys in addition to core confectionery. Our products are targeted for the rural markets, with sales happening through distributers based in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in states like Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

For our sales and marketing department, we are looking for a driven individual, with a strong business development skill and marketing persona.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

ROLE: Sales and Marketing Executive

1.       BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Primary responsibility is sales, which involves touring to outstation markets to meet existing clients for orders and payment collection, as well as meeting new prospective clients in existing and new markets.

2.       OPERATIONS:

a.       Day to day management and operations activity at the factory when not touring.

b.       Tele-marketing and on call follow ups with clients.

REMUNERATION:

Salary Band: Rs 15,000 to 20,000 per month.

1.       Commission on after-sales payment collection.

2.       Travel, food, lodging – all expenses on tour will be provided on a pre-decided, average basis.
