Job Description: Field Sales Executive/ Field Executive

Job Locations: Ghaziabad/NCR

Job Responsibilities:

·         Visits on shops and stalls on a daily basis

·         Generate new leads and onboard merchant.

·         Product Promotion: Meeting sales targets of multiple payments solutions such as QR code, Sound Box, EDC/card swipe

·         Sell financial products (QR Codes, EDC Machines, Sound box, Business Loans).

·         Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirement:

·         0 to 2 years in a field sales role. Fresher or Experiences in Field Sales

·         Minimum Qualification 10th

·         Two-Wheeler& Driving License

Age Criteria:

·         Age limit from 18- 35 years.

Salary:

·         Jr. FSE: 25,000 CTC

·         Sr. FSE: 30,000 CTC

·         Incentives: Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

जॉब की ज़िम्मेदारियाँ:
• रोज़ाना दुकानों और स्टॉल्स का विज़िट करना
• नए लीड्स जनरेट करना और मर्चेंट्स को ऑनबोर्ड करना
• प्रोडक्ट प्रमोशन: QR कोड, साउंड बॉक्स, EDC / कार्ड स्वाइप जैसी विभिन्न पेमेंट सॉल्यूशन्स के सेल्स टारगेट पूरे करना
• फाइनेंशियल प्रोडक्ट्स बेचना (QR कोड, EDC मशीन, साउंड बॉक्स, बिज़नेस लोन)
• टारगेट अचीवमेंट: डेली, वीकली और मंथली सेल्स टारगेट लगातार पूरा करना

🔍 योग्यता:
📑• फील्ड सेल्स में 0 से 2 साल का अनुभव। फ्रेशर्स और फील्ड सेल्स का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं
💼• न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 10वीं पास
🏍️• टू-व्हीलर और वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस

आयु सीमा:
• 18 से 35 वर्ष

💵 सैलरी:
• Jr. FSE: ₹25,000 CTC
• Sr. FSE: ₹30,000 CTC
