Designation: Field Mobilizer - Full Time

Location: Centre of Logistics Training for Excellence (COLTE), National Skill Training Institute Vidyanagar, Hyderabad, Telangana.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or related field is preferred


Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Mobilization Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will

  • Play a vital role in mobilizing candidates for enrolment in courses, particularly from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS)

  • Engaging with Educational Institutions, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), NGOs, and communities.

  • A proactive approach to fieldwork, social media engagement, and candidate counselling, ensuring successful enrolment and program orientation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with SHGs and NGOs to identify and mobilize candidates from EWS backgrounds.

  • Build and maintain relationships with placement offices in educational institutions to collect alumni data for candidate mobilization.

  • Conduct fieldwork to identify suitable mobilization pockets and gain insights into community needs.

  • Conduct enrolment and skill fairs

  • Leverage social media platforms effectively for candidate outreach and mobilization.

  • Provide support and guidance to enrolled students, assisting with registration and orientation.

  • Counsel candidates to explain program benefits, terms, and conditions to drive engagement and enrolment.

Proficiency in social media platforms for outreach.

Organizational and time-management skills.
