Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Mobilizer to join our COLTE team. The ideal candidate will

• Play a vital role in mobilizing candidates for enrollment in COLTE & Redington sponsored free courses, particularly from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS)

• Engaging with Educational Institutions, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), NGOs, and communities.

• A proactive approach to fieldwork, social media engagement, and candidate counseling, ensuring successful enrollment and program orientation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SHGs and NGOs to identify and mobilize candidates from EWS backgrounds.

• Build and maintain relationships with placement offices in educational institutions to collect alumni data for candidate mobilization.

• Conduct fieldwork to identify suitable mobilization pockets and gain insights into community needs.

• Conduct enrollment and skill fairs

• Leverage social media platforms effectively for candidate outreach and mobilization.

• Provide support and guidance to enrolled students, assisting with registration and orientation.

• Counsel candidates to explain program benefits, terms, and conditions to drive engagement and enrollment.

Key Skills

Applicants must have native-level proficiency in Tamil

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in community outreach or mobilization activities.

Proficiency in social media platforms for outreach.

Counseling and mentoring abilities.

Organizational and time-management skills.

Willingness to work in the field and engage with diverse groups.
