We are a fast-growing IT services provider offering customized solutions in Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, BPO/Call Centre Services, and Recruitment Solutions. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic freshers to join our Field Sales team and help expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Client Outreach
Identify potential clients in local markets (businesses, start-ups, educational institutions, etc.)
Conduct field visits and door-to-door sales to promote our services.
Distribute marketing materials and pitch company services effectively.
2. Service Promotion & Consultation
Clearly explain our offerings:
Web & App Development: Websites, e-commerce platforms, mobile apps.
Digital Marketing: SEO, social media marketing, branding, and advertising.
BPO Services: Inbound/outbound calling, customer support, tele-sales, etc.
Recruitment Solutions: Bulk hiring, campus recruitment, and manpower outsourcing.
Provide basic consultation and gather client requirements for technical teams.
3. Relationship Building
Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
Regularly follow up for new projects and feedback.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily visit reports, client meeting records, and lead data.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
5. Target Achievement
Work under supervision to achieve monthly sales targets.
Participate in local events, exhibitions, and expos to represent the company.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree (Any stream)
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Willingness to travel locally and meet new people.
Basic understanding of IT services (training will be provided).
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
Familiarity with websites, apps, or digital tools.
Any internship/project experience in sales or marketing.
Two-wheeler preferred for local travel.
