We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused, and organized Dairy Business & Counter Sales Manager to oversee our daily dairy retail operations. This role involves managing inventory (fresh milk, yogurt, cheese, etc.), providing excellent customer service at the counter, processing transactions, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and product freshness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Counter Sales & Customer Service

Greet customers warmly, provide product information, and assist with purchases.
Process customer transactions accurately using a POS system or cash register.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and special orders efficiently.
Promote dairy products and inform customers about new arrivals or special offers.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

Receive, inspect, and organize dairy stock deliveries, ensuring quality standards are met.
