Merchant Acquisition & Product Promotion: Onboard new merchants and actively promote the full suite of Paytm products and solutions (including QR Code, Soundbox, POS machines, Business Solutions, and Cross-Sell offerings).
Education & Adoption: Educate merchants on the benefits of digital payments to drive widespread adoption and usage.
Sales & Relationship Management: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets while building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with merchants.
Customer Support: Provide reliable post-sales customer support and on-ground assistance to resolve queries and ensure merchant satisfaction.
General Requirements (for all roles):
Must possess a valid two-wheeler license, a personal motorcycle, and a smartphone.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Must have a proven sales track record in a relevant industry.
Role-Specific Qualifications:
Field Sales Executive (FSE): Minimum 12th pass or graduate preferred.
Senior Field Sales Executive (Sr. FSE): 1-2 years of experience in field sales (preferably in FinTech, Telecom, or BFSI).
Area/Team Lead (IGL): 2-4 years of experience in field sales with team handling potential.
Experience: 0 - 4 Years (varies by role) Freshers are welcome to apply.
