Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, prospect, and onboard new retail merchants (shops, restaurants, cafes, etc.) onto payment ecosystem.

2. Product Demonstration: Explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of companie's products like QR codes, Paytm Soundbox, Android POS machines, and other financial services.

3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and service quality.

4. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets for merchant acquisition and product deployment.

5. Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the market regarding competition, customer needs, and product performance. Provide insights to the team lead.

6. Service & Support: Provide first-level support to merchants, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a seamless service experience.

7. Documentation: Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) and merchant onboarding process accurately and efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary). Graduates are preferred.

• Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates with field sales experience will be an advantage.

• Skills:

  • Excellent Hindi and local language communication skills. Basic English is a plus.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.

  • Basic smartphone literacy.

  • Positive attitude and resilience to handle field challenges.

• Must Have: A valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal two-wheeler for field travel.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
