Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and lead generation.
Meet prospective clients and present company products/services.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
Collect customer feedback and provide market insights.
Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/sales records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Direct Sales, or FMCG/Retail Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in field sales may also apply.

Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred).
