We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel to meet with clients and prospects.
Identify potential customers and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Visit clients on-site to present products or services and close sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities.
Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (if required).
