We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join leaf.organic. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sector and/or packaging industry, with strong client-handling and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HORECA and packaging segments
Visit clients regularly (hotels, restaurants, cafés, distributors, and packaging buyers)
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Present and promote company products effectively
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely order execution
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and client satisfaction
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in HORECA sales and/or packaging industry
Proven track record in field sales and client acquisition
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Two-wheeler preferred (for field visits)
Basic knowledge of sales reporting and CRM tools is a plus
