Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients to promote digital marketing services.

Conduct field visits to meet with business owners and decision-makers.

Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to align services with client needs.

Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular progress reports to management.

Requirements:

Age between 21 and 35 years.

Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales or business development (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to negotiate and convince clients effectively.

Willingness to travel within Kolkata.
