Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers within the assigned territory.

• Regularly visit industries, factories, OEMs, workshops and prospective customers.

• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

• Promote and sell industrial/engineering products.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and coordinate with customers for quotations, orders and enquiries.

• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

• Maintain records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups and sales activities.

• Monitor local industrial markets and identify new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders and customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidate should reside in or near the assigned location and have good knowledge of the local industrial market.

• Candidates with experience in industrial sales, engineering products, machinery, automation, tools, industrial equipment or related B2B products will be preferred.

• Fresher candidates with strong sales interest and relevant technical/industrial knowledge may also be considered.

• Candidate must own a two-wheeler/bike for regular customer visits.

• Willingness to regularly visit industries, factories, OEMs and prospective customers is mandatory.

• Good communication, negotiation, customer relationship management and follow-up skills are required.

• Should be comfortable with field sales and travelling within the assigned territory.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
