Starting business in a new village through Village identification within the radius.
Sourcing of business Identification of customers and forming of Joint Liability Groups, Filling form, KYC verification, Pre-disbursement training, visiting potential customers in order to develop business
Disbursements Collection of KYC documents, Loan documentation
Collection Group-wise collection as per scheduled time by following the process, Deposit of collection money.
Collection of over dues Follow up with the customers with updated data report of assigned portfolio, Collection of money as per process, Depositing the money in bank.
