Field Sales Executive

🔹 Key Responsibilities of a Field Sales Consultant:

1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

   • Identify potential customers through cold calls, networking, referrals, and field visits.

   • Generate and follow up on sales leads to build a strong pipeline.

2. Customer Relationship Management

   • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

   • Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions or products.

3. Sales Presentations & Negotiation

   • Deliver persuasive product or service presentations.

   • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.

4. Territory Management

   • Plan and manage daily routes and visits within a defined geographic territory.

   • Track sales activities and maintain territory coverage effectively.

5. Sales Target Achievement

   • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.

   • Report on sales performance and forecasts regularly.

6. Market & Competitor Analysis

   • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

   • Provide feedback to improve products, marketing strategies, and customer service.

7. Collaboration & Reporting

   • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to meet customer needs.

   • Maintain accurate records using CRM software and prepare sales reports.
