Position: Business Development Executive (Home Loan / Loan Against Property)
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Indore, Dewas, Ujjain, Dhar & Pithampur

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales and a passion for achieving business targets through field sales and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through field sales and open market sourcing.
Identify and acquire new customers, builders, and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business associates.
Visit potential customers for lead generation and business development.
Guide customers through the loan application process.
Complete KYC verification and collect required documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the local market and assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
