We are seeking a Field Sales Executive – B2B to drive our interior production sales. The role involves visiting builder sites, meeting architects/designers, generating qualified leads, and building strong client relationships.
Visit construction sites, builder projects, and interior contractors to identify opportunities.
Generate, qualify, and share business leads with the sales team.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with B2B partners.
Present and promote Konverto’s products and solutions effectively.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly lead generation & sales targets.
1–3 years of experience in field sales / business development (Interiors, Furniture, Hardware industry preferred).
Prior experience working with Häfele, Hettich, Ebco, or similar brands is a strong advantage.
Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel extensively across Bengaluru project sites.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience).
