• Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening. • Present and explain the benefits of our shipping solutions, addressing client needs and concerns. • Undertake field sales activities, including visiting industrial areas, factories, and business hubs to generate new leads and strengthen client relationships. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly. • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and defined KPIs. • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to enhance sales effectiveness. • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions and market insights. Qualifications: •Proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the shipping or international logistics industry. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach. •Strong negotiation and business acquisition skills, with the ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales. •Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. •Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. •Knowledge of shipping terminology, processes, and industry regulations will be an added advantage. •MBA in Marketing or International Business (IB) will be a plus; candidates with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline may also apply
