Field Sales Executive

Asense Herbals is a fast-growing herbal skincare brand dedicated to chemical-free, safe and effective skincare solutions. We are looking for dynamic Female Field Sales Executives to join our team and drive growth in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, beauty professionals and retail outlets.

• Promote and demonstrate Asense Herbals skincare products.

• Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.

• Conduct field visits, product sampling, and customer engagement activities.

• Collect and share customer feedback and market insights with management.

• Support promotional events, workshops, and product training sessions.

  Required Qualifications:-

Education:- Graduate/Undergraduate (Diploma/Certificate in Beauty & Cosmetology preferred).

Experience: 6 months to 5 years in field sales/business development (preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare). Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Skills:

• Strong communication & presentation skills.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.

• Ability to build strong client relationships.

• Basic knowledge of skincare/beauty products is an advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Comfortable with fieldwork & local travel.

• Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory).
