Sales & Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets in the designated region (Kollam or Ernakulam). ● Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to enhance sales performance. ● Market Analysis: Conduct market research to monitor customer demand, industry trends, and competitor activities. ● Logistics & Distribution Coordination: Ensure timely product delivery and maintain optimal stock levels in collaboration with the distribution network. ● Promotional Activities: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility. ● Sales Performance Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and market insights to the management team. ● Training & Development: Provide training to distributors and retailers on product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance sales efficiency.
