We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Kolkata and drive our sales operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the RO spare parts industry

• Conduct regular visits to customers and potential clients in assigned areas.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrate and promote products to potential customers.

• Provide customers with relevant information on products, pricing, and technical specifications.

• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

• Track and report sales activities, including lead generation, visits, and conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and potential leads.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

• Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  
  Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

• Knowledge of the RO spare parts industry is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation.
  
  Educational Qualifications:
  

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Additional certifications or training in sales techniques would be an advantage.
