Roles and Responsibilities Merchant Acquisition:
Identify and onboard new merchants by understanding transaction volumes and patterns in your assigned area. Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with merchants to ensure long-term retention. Onboard them to additional value-added products and services. Account Management: Develop a deep understanding of each merchant account to make it challenging for competitors to onboard them. Upselling & Cross-selling: Promote and sell products like Smart Speakers, EDC machines, and other solutions that are suitable for your merchant base. Competition Mapping: Monitor and analyze competitor activities in your assigned geography and share insights with the team.
