Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to join our solar division in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for field lead generation, customer meetings, and promoting solar rooftop solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers for rooftop solar systems across Delhi NCR.

• Conduct field visits, door-to-door marketing, cold calling, and lead generation.

• Meet homeowners, shop owners, and commercial clients to explain solar benefits.

• Perform basic site surveys (roof size, shadows, load requirement).

• Provide quotations and explain subsidy schemes, financing, and installation process.

• Coordinate with the technical team for feasibility checks.

• Follow up regularly to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain daily visit reports and customer data.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and support after installation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).

• Target-driven with strong convincing ability.

• Comfortable with field sales across Delhi NCR.

• Basic understanding of solar systems (training will be provided).

• Must have a 2-wheeler for daily travel.
