મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ (Job Responsibilities)

જૂનાગઢ અને આસપાસના સ્થાનિક વિસ્તારોમાં યુઝ્ડ કાર અને કોમર્શિયલ વહીકલ ડીલરોની મુલાકાત લેવી.
નવા યુઝ્ડ-વહીકલ ડીલરો અને ઓટો કન્સલ્ટન્ટ્સને કંપનીના પ્લેટફોર્મ/એપ પર જોડવા (ઓનબોર્ડ કરવા).
સેલ્સ ટાર્ગેટ પૂર્ણ કરવા માટે ડીલરોને પ્લેટફોર્મના ફીચર્સ, સબસ્ક્રિપ્શન પ્લાન અને લિસ્ટિંગ મોડેલ્સ સમજાવવા.
હયાત ડીલર નેટવર્ક સાથે લાંબા ગાળાના સારા સંબંધો બાંધવા અને જાળવી રાખવા.
સરળ ઓનબોર્ડિંગ પ્રક્રિયા માટે જરૂરી ડીલર દસ્તાવેજો (KYC, બિઝનેસ પ્રૂફ) એકત્રિત કરવા.
રિપોર્ટિંગ અને રિવ્યુ મીટિંગ માટે મહિનામાં એક વાર અમદાવાદ કોર્પોરેટ ઓફિસે જવાનું રહેશે.

લાયકાત અને શરતો (Requirements)

ઉંમર મર્યાદા: ૧૯ થી ૩૫ વર્ષ.
શિક્ષણ: ૧૨ પાસ, સ્નાતક (Graduate) કે અનુસ્નાતક (Post Graduate).
વાહન: વૈધ ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઇસન્સ સાથે પોતાનું ટુ-વ્હીલર હોવું ફરજિયાત છે.
ભાષા: ગુજરાતી અને હિન્દી ભાષાનું સારું જ્ઞાન.
કૌશલ્ય: જૂનાગઢ વિસ્તારનું સ્થાનિક ભૌગોલિક જ્ઞાન, ઉત્તમ વાટાઘાટ (Negotiation) અને વાતચીત કરવાની ક્ષમતા.
ઓટોમોબાઇલ સેલ્સ, ડીલર ઓનબોર્ડિંગ, લોન/ફાઇનાન્સ સેલ્સ કે લોકલ ફીલ્ડ સેલ્સનો અનુભવ ધરાવનારને પ્રાધાન્ય આપવામાં આવશે.
