Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximising sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential clients such as Corporate sales ,retail shops, offices, hotels, restaurants, and distributors to promote packaged water bottles.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent order generation.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure timely supply and payments.

• Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.

• Handle field visits, product demonstrations, and on-ground branding activities.

• Prepare daily sales reports and update management on leads and conversions.

• Coordinate with the delivery/logistics team for smooth order fulfilment.

  Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good interpersonal and customer-handling ability.

• Self-motivated with a go-better attitude.

• Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned area.

• Basic knowledge of sales and distribution.

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
