Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard insurance agents/advisors to build a strong agency network

  • Train agents on insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance guidelines

  • Motivate and guide agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Support agents in lead generation, prospecting, and policy closures

  • Monitor agent performance and ensure productivity standards are met

  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to IRDA regulations

  • Handle customer escalations with agents and support policy servicing

  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

  • Drive growth in premium collection, renewals, and persistency

  • Maintain strong relationships with agents and internal teams
