Obsidian CRM helps businesses manage billing, inventory, customers, sales, staff, and day-to-day operations through a single, easy-to-use system.

We are expanding our sales network and are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated Field Sales Executives to introduce Obsidian CRM to retailers and earn attractive commissions for every successful sale.

Job Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you will meet retail business owners, demonstrate Obsidian CRM, explain its features and pricing, and help businesses subscribe to our platform.

You will primarily visit businesses such as:

• Grocery & Kirana Stores

• Supermarkets

• Clothing & Fashion Stores

• Mobile & Electronics Shops

• Medical & Pharmacy Stores

• Hardware Stores

• Stationery Shops

• Gift Shops

• Cosmetic Stores

• Home & Kitchen Stores

• Any other small or medium retail business

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail businesses within your assigned area.

• Identify potential customers for Obsidian CRM.

• Demonstrate the software and explain its benefits.

• Build strong relationships with business owners.

• Guide customers through the subscription and activation process.

• Achieve sales targets while maintaining a professional approach.

• Represent ThreePeak Global Solutions with integrity and professionalism.

Commission Structure

Obsidian CRM Basic Plan: ₹899/month

For every successful customer activation:

• Earn ₹300 commission

• Commission is paid after the customer's subscription payment is successfully received and the account is activated.

There is no cap on earnings.

Potential Monthly Earnings

• 10 Sales = ₹3,000

• 25 Sales = ₹7,500

• 50 Sales = ₹15,000

• 100 Sales = ₹30,000

The more businesses you onboard, the more you earn.

Eligibility

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident in interacting with business owners.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Own a smartphone for communication and customer support.

• Ability to travel locally for client meetings.

• Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
