Job Summary
Jaypro Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate leads and convert potential clients for our architecture design and construction services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals and local networking.
Meet potential clients and understand their architecture and construction requirements.
Explain architecture design, house planning and construction services professionally.
Conduct regular client and site visits.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful bookings.
Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors and other potential clients.
Maintain daily records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the architecture, construction and internal sales teams.
Identify new business opportunities in the local market.
Required Skills
Fluent English speaking and strong communication skills are mandatory.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Field sales and lead-generation ability.
Client handling and relationship-building skills.
Good presentation and sales-closing skills.
Basic understanding of architecture, house design or construction services.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable with regular field and site visits.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in architecture, construction, real estate or related field sales will be preferred.
Compensation: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month + performance incentive up to ₹5,000.
