Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding Vellix Hardware’s market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge in hardware or construction materials, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities in retail, wholesale, and institutional markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Present and promote Vellix Hardware products to customers, explaining features and benefits.

• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation to closing.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct product demonstrations and provide after-sales support.

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify business gaps.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in hardware, building materials, or related industries.

• Strong product knowledge in tools, hardware fittings, paints, electricals, plumbing, or construction materials.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, or billing systems).

• Valid driver’s license (preferred).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• High school diploma with relevant sales experience accepted.
