Key Responsibilities of FSR :

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various methods like networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Client Meetings and Presentations:

Scheduling and conducting meetings with clients to understand their requirements and present tailored IT solutions.

Product Demonstrations:

Showcasing the features and benefits of IT products and services to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.

Sales Strategy Development:

Collaborating with sales managers to develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned territory.

Relationship Building:

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities.

Sales Reporting:

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks within the CRM system.

Technical Expertise:

Possessing a strong understanding of the IT products and services being sold, and providing technical advice to clients.

Negotiation and Closing :

Negotiating deals and closing sales with clients, securing long-term contracts.

Market Research :

Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify potential sales opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management :

Managing multiple customer accounts, maintaining customer records, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
