Bivocal Birds Technology is a growing PropTech company offering innovative technology solutions for real estate and property management. We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who can generate leads, meet clients on-site, and promote our PropTech products and services to builders, brokers, property owners, and real estate firms.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential clients (builders, brokers, developers, property owners) in the assigned area
Generate new leads through field activities and local market research
Present and demonstrate PropTech solutions to clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Collect customer requirements and share feedback with the internal team
Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with marketing and support teams for closures
