Key Responsibilities:

 Generate fresh and verified insurance leads through field activities.

 Visit markets, corporate offices, residential areas, and business hubs to identify potential customers.

 Build relationships with agents, brokers, local vendors, and referral partners.

 Conduct surveys and data collection to identify prospective clients.

 Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads generated, and conversions.

 Coordinate with the internal sales/tele-calling team for lead follow-ups.

 Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

 Ensure data accuracy and quality of leads shared with the sales team.

 Represent the company professionally during all field interactions.
